Kane are very able .......

Ok I apologise for that appalling pun title but the sleep deprivation is catching up on me. Back from Starfury's Final Angel The Series Convention held in Heathrow. Im tired and have tons to do but I thought I'd post a couple of teaser shots.

Guests were J August Richards, Amy Acker, Christian Kane, Dayne Johnson, Andy Hallett, Adrienne Wilkinson and Steve Carlson of Kane. We were treated to three surprise guests, the adorable Vincent Kartheiser, Keith Szarabjaka and Clare Kramer - who reprised her role as MC.

Jonathan Woodward arrived Saturday evening during the Fancy Dress Parade as 'Numero Cinco the Wrestler' to the screams of delight as his mask was removed. Kane (Christian & Steve) did an acoustic set later that evening which was sublime. I believe Andy was going to do a karaoke set on Sunday night but we had to leave - Amazing, amazing event. Tears from guests and attendees at the closing ceremony.

Hugs to [livejournal.com profile] mara_sho [livejournal.com profile] acrazywench, [livejournal.com profile] fresleyforever and all your friends whose lj names escape me but you know who you are (shameless Vincent huggers!!)

I'll try to get all the pics up in a couple of days. So for now here are a few teasers

Look, I pulled!

Hope you enjoyed Cornwall, I spent a lot of time there when I was younger, my uncle had a lovely house near the beach in Looe. Beautiful, I miss it a lot.

I know - there aren't enough Angel fans around if you ask me! At least not on my friends list. Thankyou so much for your words about my pictures - I actually bought my camera quite recently and provided I've got it on the right setting it does all the hard work for me. I was in awe of the shots it took (note 'it' took, not I took) at NFA, and they will be treasures for a very long time. I do tell people that I simply 'point and click' but they don't believe me! But I appreciate the compliment, seriously.

*hugs*

Cornwall is an annual pilgrimage for us - or it has been for the last 16yrs. We try to go at least once a year to get our sandy beach and bodyboarding fix.

I also meant to mention that I am seriously jealous of you making it to see CC and AB at London Comic Con the same time as Quor'toth. I considered a tube dash across London early Sunday morning but the parties at Quortoth got in the way.

I think all my flist are Angel Fans. :)

Meeting Adam B was worth the trek, believe me. Worth every second and penny. Never mind, perhaps you'll get to meet him later this year at C10? For some reason I thought he was going to be a miserable bugger, but quite the opposite. I think I chatted to him more than I have done with most guests! Of course that might be interpreted by a bystander as 'I spoke complete bollocks to him', but hey, it's Adam Baldwin, I'd like to see most women put a sentence together in his presence :D

You know I haven't even checked the list for C10 - well if he is going then I will be too.
