Winners are up over at AVA - and we are now on Summer Hiatus until the beginning of September.

  ought to check out Round 9 awards again too, I stupidly forgot to upload a couple of awards and found them missing. Sorry guys and congrats on Rd10. 

 Basically I'm going to have a long hard think about 'where next' for the competition.  I started when I had the luxury of no job  but now it eats into my free time and prevents me from working on my vid & art projects (for what they are worth). Plus there are only so many vids (especially in some fandoms)  you can watch each month without all of it becoming a huge blur, quite honestly  the participants deserve better than that.    At the moment I feel we will have two more rounds and then the BOTB - which may be the final event.    We shall see.   




I'm super excited y'all about Dr Horrible's Sing-along-Blog.   There's a real zippy trailer that is awesome (vimeo - the quality is good!) , a  myspace page & facebook for those inclined, and now a prequel online comic with back history on Captain Hammer which is just hi-larious.    Looks as if the Whedon siblings have cornered the market on talent.   I'm sure many of you have picked this up on the flist but if not check out Joss post here where he gives details of when the show will be streamed online.   

I'll be making some icon and perhaps banners to pimp this about.  Spread the word!

You could always just run it with less frequency. People should understand how time consuming such a thing can become, especially when it's actually well done.
