I absolutely love Kasabian's latest album so it's great to see a song from it vidded at all but I particularly like this song choice for Mal. The vid does a really great job of capturing his character. Excellent!

It's a great album I agree (I prefer it to Empire) and this track was instantly Mal when I heard it. So I did the only thing I could when that happens ;)

A nicely done Firefly vid - I'm snagging a download copy of this, thank you! I particularly liked your clip choice and pacing around 2:50 - 3:00. Bringing in those scenes two-thirds of the way through and then having Mal pick up and carry on is a good summary of the character - he just keeps going.

Thanks Lev :) I would do more vids from Firefly but seeing as there's only 14 episodes, it's a little difficult to make each one 'new' .

Still love the show though and rant at Fox for being so shortsighted.

This is one gorgeous piece of editing. How I wish I knew Firefly well enough to celebrate this beautiful vid with the words it truly deserves. I loved your opening audio intro..and I also love this music. I think I'll have to look into Kasabian for sure!
I'm a sucker for a great character study and this is just brilliant. Makes me want to watch Firefly to get to know him. And I do plan on watching it, (better late than never)! Again, your editing is just glorious, it's easy to see how much of your heart is here and what a joy it was for you to make it. :)

I cannot reccommend Firefly highly enough. It's a crime it was cancelled so early on - my mind boggles at what we could have had - but we did get the film, Serenity so that's better than nothing.Try to watch Firefly before Serenity - it will have much more impact. Firefly has an amazing ensemble cast and if you see the actors together on stage you get an idea of how it must have been on the set. As for Kasabian they're a british band with a distinct sound. The latest album is brilliant.
