Oh gosh this is so beautiful. My problem is every time I see Angel holding up the 'Connor' Hockey jersey I burst into tears. So naturally I'm crying now... But this is so beautifully put together and lovely. Thank you so much for sharing.

BTW I have just started an AtS tumblr and was wondering if you would mind me recc'ing this vid? It's too gorgeous to not tell everyone about =D
