.Notes: My baby's got me locked up in chains.....Inspired by 'Venus in Furs'   this is a brief musing on the 'preferred torture puppy' and his two mistresses. Let's hope he remembers the safety word.  Anyone with a fear of excessive holy water spillage, finger bending and other such nastiness are hereby warned.   I edited the song greatly otherwise the squeaky violins from hell would have become torture in themselves.

That was really cool, Andrea. I love your musicalization in this and the bits of source audio you included, with the whole "puppy" theme. Inspired song choice. You really showed us why the song fit the theme. It sounded like it could have come from the Buffy S2/S3 soundtrack.

Thanks Brad - the idea was just a little itch I've had for sometime that needed scratching out.... Not enough for a full blown vid but the vidlet seemed just right to do the job. Plus it keeps my hand in whilst I'm flailing on other ideas.

Yeah Dark and twisted dominatrix vamps in S2 & 3 very appropriate song ;) And I'd forgotten about the 'bad dog' until I was clipping and I just had to add it in.

Great short video. Loved the song and the comparision between Drusilla and VampWillow both having Angel as puppy.

Oh Andrea, this is awesome. Great song choice and I loved the flashy editing you used throughout the first half of the video. And seriously, what is it about a sweaty, tortured, shirtless man that I find so appealing? DB does it so well.

I had just finished watching the end of 'Smashed' about a zillion times when I put this on, so I've got to say that it this was some perfect timing. My heart is about to burst!

Thanks Lev I really appreciate the feedback, it was an idea purely based on the first verse of the song and then kind of evolved. As I was seraching for source etc I kept thinking godamm there's Angel and he's all chained up AGAIN!! (They spoil our fun later one when he has his shirt on...)

And this is kind of my response to all the misguided fools that think Buffy The Vampire Slayer is 'some kids show' ..... yeah right!

Whoa, it's so not! I guess I thought that before I watched it. Maybe parents just weren't paying attention to it. Wouldn't be the first time. Funny, I have a 19 year old nephew now and when he found out recently that I was watching Buffy, he said he watched it ten years ago. The kid was nine when he watched this stuff! Boggles the mind.

My daughter would love to watch it but she has a vivid imagination and I just don't want to address some of the issues it handles, with her just yet. I think when she starts 'High School' or just before. She's only seen OMWF (when she was 7) and I f -forwarded through the combusting dancer. She watches some of my vids that are 'ok' but hasn't seen all of them. That said, she knows every single character names and has met quite a few. Charmed the pants off James Marsters & Mark Lutz (Groo from Angel) which was awesome.

Great use of the chain sound within the song. The song choice is amazing and the concept is spot on. I'm probably not supposed to find this vid as hot as I do. The black and white is used very well and the structure is interesting.

It is an awesome song, and I connected the lyricsof the first verse with Vampire Willow so strongly that it just had to be made! I couldn't resist the marrying the visuals chains to sound, plus Angel always seems to be in them. I'd say nothing wrong in finding it hot. Everyone in the vid seems to be having fun.
