Look at the shiny guests!  There's lots of photos up at Buffy and Angel Art  starting here

Big group hug but you can't see the lovely ladies too well ...  So we've got  Mariana Klaveno from True Blood, stunning Julie Benz (who does not look her 39yrs) and sweet Clare Kramer who loved her  sketch so much that I gave it to her ( I will be posting that later).

Allan Hyde from True Blood, Nick Brendon, mark Metcalfe & Georges (Dancing demon) Jeanty , Keith Szarabajkas and J August Richards.

Not really have much in the way of a report but here's a few thoughts.  Saw everyone at the meet and greet - Julie had been shopping in Top Shop (!) and bought a leather skirt which is the one she probably wore on Sunday - she wasn't well on Saturday so you won't see her in the Fancy Dress judge line up - I must admit she loved the sketch she signed for me but seemed a little subdued - not surprising spending all day signing with a stomach bug. Clare on the other hand was her usual bubbly self and loved the Glory in the bath sketch so much I gave it to her.  Mark Metcalfe has such a distincitve voice that you can imagine the Master easily but fortunately does not have the fruit punch mouth.

Allan and Mariana were really sweet and were very pleased to find a couple of hard core True Blood fans on our table with Godric t-shirts - that earned them a special hug. Nick wore a bowler hat and brought along a Dick Van Dyke mockney accent to make us feel all at home. He went round our table hugging (nothing halfhearted either) each one of us in turn. He seemed far happier and at ease at this Convention than he did at Hallowhedon last time I saw him. He wasn't at the disco parties though, which is different to the famous dance round the handbag.

On Saturday everyone but Nick and Julie took to the floor for at least an hour dancing with all the attendees. - Georges Jeanty, a wonderful friendly & talented guy who can dance (well) to any music, had stayed all night Firday and Sunday night too, at one point got me up to dance (I kid you not they were playing S Club 7 and Backstreet boyz I wasn't going to dance until Georges asked).

Some very interesting Fancy dress entrants - my favourite was Xander and Buffy Season 47 (haha even Faith's brain in a jar)

Which had me in stitches.

Quote of the weekend was from Nick who when asked if he could time travel and give a message to a younger self what would he say?  'Don't fight with policemen'  :)

There was another play reading (one of Keith's again) on Sunday with Clare and Mark . No appearance from Jonathan Woodward which was a little strange but a good event all round.  Another 4 weeks and I'll be at Hallowhedon 3!
