Yeah Jessie I wasn't sure to start with either - you choose a date and on that day you post your 'Cordelia' contribution to the community group.

As far as I am aware it can be icons, art, walls, fan vids, fan fics etc anything as long as it is Cordy. I think if you have something already done you can add it. The group mod wuold clarify if I've made a hash of explaining things.
