Description: Episodic of 'The House Always Wins' - This was the first ever vid I made back in August '04 - hence the blindingly obvious song choice and some very literal lyric/clip matches. But I loved the song and the episode, so I promised myself that I would look at it again and tweak it a bit.
. Hmm tweak wasn't going to cut it - I pulled the original WMM project back into the timeline. There were only 28 clips in the entire vid (including the 'teaser') some that ran for over 4 seconds.... The credits I left as the original, I thought they still worked in that gaudy Vegas way, along with the wheel transitions (well, it reminded me of the roulette wheel) but the new version now has 98 clips, I think works better with pacing and I've tried to add some more humour. I also left some of the very literal lyric matches for nostalgia sake because, you know, at the time I was so chuffed with them.
Funny enough I enjoyed this project more than I thought I would. Not sure if I will tackle to two other early vids I took down recently. I'd like to either make a non whedonverse vid next or if nothing hits a BtVS one.

Date: 2008-05-19 07:29 am (UTC)I love Lorne so much and here he's at his most fabulous, all glitz and glamour. I also really enjoyed Angel's role in the vid, I do love it when he's being kinda gormless.
I'm intrigued to see what you might come up with next.

That is 'so' the right word for Angel in this ep - Gormless!! Sitting there at the slots Hee!
