In celebration of leviathan101 finishing seven glorious seasons of BtVS, I've been tagged to do a 'Best of BtVS Meme'.

I find these sort of things very difficult as I kinda love many of the characters/pairings/episodes/villains that appear througout and hate to narrow it down to just these few. So here is my 'non vague disclaimer' (as we know that vague disclaimers are nobody's friend) Here they are my 'best' (personal favs)choices and as such are likely to change on a daily basis.

You like Buffy more than Angel! Wow. :)

Choosing best episodes was incredibly hard for me, too. There are so many beautifully well done stories. I'm glad you got Something Blue in there. And Passion too! I had a look at those yesterday and wish that I'd have found room. They definitely would have been in the top 20!

You like Buffy more than Angel! Wow. :)

It's a technicality really, in the Series throughout I like Buffy as character only due to the fact that Angel is only in it for less than half and makes just a few appearances in S1. (See this is why I find these things hard) Most of his real serious character development happens in Angel and there's no contest in that show. He'll come top in your forthcoming AtS meme ;)

Now if it were a 'who looks best lying nekkid on the floor having fell from a hell dimension' I think he'd win hands down (no pun intended).

Yeah the episode choice is so difficult. I can say there is some scene/quote in every single one that makes them all worthy of watching again - there's not one I'd pass on. I'm an inclusive kinda gal :D

Yes, I appreciate that everyone has their different views on characters and pairings and have no problem with that. It would be a dull world if we were all the same.

I stuck to canon pairings from the series rather than what I would 'like' of course.....

I love to see your choices although I could probably guess a couple ;)

Hey there..

Yeah, these things are difficult and I loved my characters dearly, but I guess you didn't have to guess at my top character spot. ;)That was the only choice that came easily (course when I was watching, I don't think I saw that one comin', but after Fool for Love, I was, lets say, never the same). The most difficult list was the episode one...I loved soo so many and find new things to love within the episodes all the time.

Can't wait to do the Angel meme when Lev puts it up.

I kind of wish I could get my mind erased and watch both shows all over again and relive the experience...it was magnificent to say the least!

Happy belated birthday wishes, btw...hope it was a lovely one!

Clem? Lol why not if you like the character. Fool for Love was a turning point for Spike, and probably for the waverers in 'do we like this character?' camp. Such excellent writing and even more awesome when viewed alongside 'Darla'.

Yes the episode list was the hardest. I looked through each season and kept lamenting that I'd left out so many. I think it threw me so much I forgot to do the season's in order of preference.

And thanks for the belated birthday wishes - I did have an excellent time.
